Excelente atención, todo muy rápido y facil

Instructions on where the storage place is located was unclear, the images shown on google maps and the location do not match the actual shop as well as the opening times differing from the website. The first employee that took our luggage was rude and did not want to take our pre-booked luggage while questioning the time we wanted to pick it up. We felt unclear on what times the shop would close due to this and had to make a detour back to the shop to check whether it’d be open when needed.

Easy process. Luggage safe

Initially told was full despite having booked. The person in charge did accommodate our bags in the end but the system clearly needs improving!

Very good experience. The store in on left side of the street corner.
