I used this location .Luggage Storage King’s Cross St Pancras Underground Station by Radical Storage and had a really great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was also very easy to find, which made everything even more convenient. Their pick up and drop off service worked smoothly as well. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Very simple process. The only thing I didn't like was that in the app I requested a place that would hold my bag until midnight. When I dropped off my bag, they said they would only hold it until 23:00.

Storing my bags here was the best decision. It allowed me to explore London City Centre completely hands-free without dragging heavy suitcases around. Finding this luggage storage was incredibly easy since it's just a short walk from Cardiff Train Station. I was really impressed by how long drop-off took—I was in and out in less than two minutes! The staff were friendly, and I felt much more secure leaving my bags here compared to using the standard luggage lockers at the station. I’d definitely recommend this to a friend visiting the city.
