Very poor experience. The staff were completely incompetent and acted in bad faith. me paid 10$ per bag for the whole day, as clearly stated in the booking. The drop-off and pickup times are meant to be purely indicative, and the payment clearly covers the entire day of storage. He pocketed our money without providing the service, and we left immediately with our bags. We didn’t receive what we paid for. An absolutely unacceptable and dishonest experience, avoid this place at all costs.

Made Life Easy

Very easy to check in. We had a bit of a fright when we were an hour late to pick up our bags and got a late pick up where we were asked to pay for another day but this was a misunderstanding and all was well. Customer support were wonderful. Easy to contact and replied within 5-10 minutes. Am using Radical again shortly and would recommend them to anyone It certainly made Life easier for us. Staff member who checked us in friendly and helpful
