No problems at all, we dropped off our luggage at BASICMART, Tottenham Court Road around 10am and returned later at 6.30pm as arranged to collect. It was brought up into the shop after being stored downstairs. Staff were very pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. An easy option for storing luggage. It cost us £13.50 for two items which included Radical Storage insurance (£3.50) which isnt optional. Just be aware to try and put an accurate time for collection as I received texts with an option to extend it for a cost if I was going to be later than the specified time so perhaps they charge more if you collect after your agreed time, not sure?

Super easy and very friendly service! "If you're traveling through Euston, this is the best way to handle your luggage. The check-in was fast with a quick QR scan, and the people at the shop were lovely. My bags were kept safe while I explored the city for the afternoon. It’s a much better price than the official left luggage office, and the location is just a stone's throw from the platforms. 10/10 would use again

The booking was super easy, and the staff at the shop were incredibly welcoming and kind. My bags were kept very secure, and it's much more affordable than the lockers at the station. This worked out great for us as American tourists coming in on a morning train from Switz with check-in later in day. For about 15 euros, we were able to store 2 bags from AM up until 530 without much hassle. Just click a quick QR code in the store, leave bags, and the guy we interacted with was very nice and helpful.
