Leaving our luggage there went very smoothly, and the owner was very friendly. Unfortunately, however, the luggage drop-off area was in an Indian/Oriental shop, which meant that our luggage took on a slight smell of the shop, even though we’d only left it there for three hours. Unfortunately, the owner promised that a member of staff would take the luggage upstairs so it wouldn’t be left in the entrance, but when we returned, the luggage was still exactly where we’d left it. Collecting the luggage went smoothly and without any problems. We simply had to scan the QR code and were then able to leave with our belongings. Overall, the service was very straightforward, though the storage area didn’t look particularly trustworthy, but the owner was very nice.

Die Abgabe des Gepäcks verlief sehr reibungslos, und der Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Doch leider war die Abgabe in einem indischen/Orientalen der Geschäft, was Dazu führte, dass unser Gepäck leicht danach roch, obwohl wir nur 3 Stunden dort das Gepäck hinterlassen haben. Leider versprach der Besitzer, dass Herr das Gepäck nach oben bringt, damit es nicht im Eingang steht, doch als wir wiedergekommen sind, stand das Gepäck genauso da, wie wir es abgestellt haben. Die Gepäckabholung für die reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Wir mussten einfach nur noch den QR-Code scannen und konnten anschließend mit unseren Sachen wieder gehen. Der Service war insgesamt sehr einfach, doch der Unterbringung Ort wirkte nicht allzu vertrauensvoll, doch der Inhaber war sehr nett.
