Everything was perfect; the staff were extremely friendly. In fact, when I had a bit of a mix-up, they sprang into action straight away and sorted it out brilliantly, even though it was the May Day bank holiday. To sum up the experience in a single sentence: “If you need to leave your luggage in Bari, this is undoubtedly the place to go.” The staff are extremely friendly and it’s in a central location, close to the station.

Tutto perfetto, personale gentilissimo e, anzi, ho avuto un disguido e si sono prontamente attivati risolvendolo alla grande nonostante la festività del primo maggio. Volendo riassumere l’esperienza in una frase “Se avete dei bagagli da lasciare a Bari questo è senza dubbio il posto giusto”, personale gentilissimo e posto centrale/vicino alla stazione.

The directions were very poor. But the luggage drop-off and collection was great. It's also very centrally located in Bari. Five minutes to the nearest bus stop. Excellent!

Wegbeschreibung war sehr schlecht. Aber die Kofferabgabe und Abholung war super. Liegt auch sehr central in Bari. 5 Minuten bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Top!
