Nessun problema: abbiamo lasciato i bagagli al BASICMART di Tottenham Court Road verso le 10:00 e siamo tornati più tardi, alle 18:30 come concordato, per ritirarli. Ci sono stati portati in negozio dopo essere stati depositati al piano di sotto. Il personale è stato molto gentile e non esiterei a utilizzare nuovamente il servizio. Una soluzione semplice per depositare i bagagli. Ci è costato 13,50 £ per due colli, inclusa l'assicurazione Radical Storage (3,50 £), che non è facoltativa. Fate solo attenzione a indicare un orario preciso per il ritiro, poiché ho ricevuto dei messaggi con la possibilità di prolungare il deposito a pagamento nel caso in cui fossi arrivato più tardi dell'orario specificato; quindi forse addebitano un costo aggiuntivo se si ritira dopo l'orario concordato, non ne sono sicuro?

No problems at all, we dropped off our luggage at BASICMART, Tottenham Court Road around 10am and returned later at 6.30pm as arranged to collect. It was brought up into the shop after being stored downstairs. Staff were very pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. An easy option for storing luggage. It cost us £13.50 for two items which included Radical Storage insurance (£3.50) which isnt optional. Just be aware to try and put an accurate time for collection as I received texts with an option to extend it for a cost if I was going to be later than the specified time so perhaps they charge more if you collect after your agreed time, not sure?

I am so happy I found this storage spot right near Princes Street Gardens. I wanted to enjoy a walk through the gardens and see the Castle without dragging my heavy suitcases uphill, and this was the perfect solution. The booking was super easy, and the staff at the shop were incredibly welcoming and kind. My bags were kept very secure, and it's much more affordable than the lockers at the station. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city

Highly recommend using Radical Storage if you’re near Leicester Square. It’s located in a local business right on Cranbourn Street, so it’s very easy to find. È bastato scansionare un codice QR nel negozio, lasciare i bagagli, e il ragazzo con cui abbiamo parlato è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

This worked out great for us as American tourists coming in on a morning train from Switz with check-in later in day. For about 15 euros, we were able to store 2 bags from AM up until 530 without much hassle. Just click a quick QR code in the store, leave bags, and the guy we interacted with was very nice and helpful.
