L'esperienza non è delle migliori. Abbiamo prenotato online per 5 euro a caso, bene. Le istruzioni sul luogo avrebbero potuto essere più dettagliate, dato che c'erano due ingressi diversi. Quando siamo arrivati, c'era un cartello che diceva 'tornate presto', abbiamo aspettato un po', poi abbiamo chiamato il numero indicato. È arrivato un ragazzo che ci ha indicato un'altra porta sul lato. Anche questa era chiusa a chiave, ma lui era già andato via. Abbiamo richiamato e ci ha detto di lasciarlo al centro informazioni turistiche qui accanto. Hanno un accordo. Il ritiro è andato bene.

Not the best experience. We booked online for €5 per case, fine. Instructions on location could do with more detail as there were 2 different entrances. When we arrived, there was a sign saying 'be back soon' we waited for a while, then called the number provided. A guy turned up and pointed us to another door around the side. This was also locked but he'd already left. We called back and he told us to leave it next door at the tourist information centre. They have an agreement. Pick up was ok.
